And you thought FEMA was slow..

So people complained about how long the “government” and FEMA took to respond to hurricane Katrina.

Well, today Nancy Pelosi is inspecting the tornado damage in Parkersburg, Iowa.  While in the area she will also look at the flood damage in Cedar Rapids.

Let see, if memory serves me, the Parkersburg tornado occured on May 25th, 2008.  The Cedar Rapids area flooded around June 10th, and Iowa City several days later.

A quick calculation shows that it took Nancy Pelosi 106 days to get to Parkersburg, and about 90 days to get to Cedar Rapids.

Them Dems are quick!

Only in Iowa

This photo could have been taken near Cedar Rapids, Iowa in June of 2008.  Or anywhere in Iowa in June of 1993.
